The Melrose Summer Concert was a huge success and so popular that extra seating had to be squeezed into the senior school hall to accommodate everyone!

Form 3 set the vibrant tempo to the evening with a djembe welcome and all junior classes performed their own songs. There were some accomplished solos from Form 3 girls, woodwind ensembles and a rousing finale of One Moment in Time, written for the Seoul Olympics and gesturing towards Rio this Summer.

The girls really enjoyed performing and demonstrated a very high standard of music making.
