David Bedford visits Melrose

Children's author David Bedford thrilled Melrose girls when he came to read some of his many books to our eager Preparatory audience.

He read "Mole's Babies" and "It's a George thing" a story about a zebra who did not think he was very good at anything, until he heard music and discovered he was a wonderful dancer.

Our little ones had a ball. Mr Bedford had all their girls up dancing to the song from "It's a George thing" and they all had a wonderful afternoon.
