The Sovereign Art Foundation Guernsey Schools Prize, which is in its very first year, invited all secondary schools in Guernsey to submit ten of the best artworks produced by its students. The Ladies College submitted 10 pieces of work from students across GCSE and A Level:

The artworks were viewed by a judging panel who then shortlisted 12 finalists. We were very proud to announce that 4 students taught at The Ladies' College were selected in the final 12
Clarice Greening, Eve Wilkes, Charlotte Thompson and Sam O'Neill (Elizabeth College).
The awards ceremony and the presentation of the public‘s vote for the three finalists was held on November 30th and we are extremely proud to announce that Upper 6 student Charlotte Thompson was awarded 3rd place, receiving £100 for herself and £500 for the Art dept. and new build.
The Ladies College and the Art department are very proud of all the entries submitted by our students and thank the students for their support and passion for Art.
