A number of Melrose girls will be taking part in the new '7/7' cycling challenge in aid of the hospice - following Mrs Morris's lead as she undertakes the gruelling 30/30 version of the challenge.
Our thanks go to Ian Brown who came in to Melrose assembly to talk to the girls about the challenge.
Mrs Morris and the girls will be selling cakes on Friday May 23rd after school from 2.45pm in the Prep garden for the hospice. Anyone raising £30 will have the opportunity to throw a wet sponge at Mrs Morris while she is on her static bike. She is clearly a good sport in more ways than one!
