Our dedicated and experienced English Department staff aim to foster a love of language and literature among our girls.
Studying English supports the wider curriculumn as well as encouraging proficiency and confidence in written and oral communication. Girls study English Language and English Literature to IGCSE level.
In English Language and English Literature, we have a 100% pass rate for grades A to C with 74% of girls getting an A* or A in English Language.
